Winter Clearing for More Pastured Pork!

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Winter is slow on the farm. So were taking advantage of our off time to clear for more Pig pasture. Grampi’s been here for 2 weeks now, with the excavator, nocking down 80 foot tall trees! Its made short work of the giants. Also our friend, James, from Meticulous Property Maintenance, has been helping cutting, and identifying which trees to save (like oak trees, pigs love acorns and will appreciate our saving the oak trees).
